The FastSize-Extender as an Alternative to
Phalloplasty
The FastSize-Extender is a comfortable and
easy-to-use device designed to aid in penile length and girth enhancement.
It can be a practical alternative to cosmetic penis enlargement surgery
(or phalloplasty).
Phalloplasty has been available since the 1990’s, but
surgery still remains a controversial method in penile enlargement due to
unpredictable results and the risks involved. Phalloplasty requires two
separate procedures: one to lengthen the penis and another to increase
girth.
Surgical lengthening of the penis is achieved by
cutting the ligament that supports the erections. By cutting the
suspensory ligament, the arched course of the penis is straightened, which
causes more of the penis to be exposed.
Penile girth is surgically increased through:
- Fat Transfer, which involves taking fat cells from
the lower abdomen or inner thighs through liposuction, purifying the
cells and then injecting them directly beneath the penis skin
- Dermal Augmentation, which involves removing two
strips of tissue (consisting of skin and under lying fat) from the
crease of the buttocks, and then grafting these strips beneath the skin
of the penis
- Alloderm Graft, usually involves cadaver skin
which has been treated and freeze-dried, to be layered around the penis
to build up the desired girth.
These methods may bring on complications including
penis shortening, deformities, permanent numbness/loss of sexual function,
infections, painful scarring and impotence.
Financially, penis enhancement surgery is also an
expensive option. The costs of the different types of penile augmentations
can range from $3,000.00 to $10,000.00.
The FastSize-Extender can easily be the most viable
alternative to surgery. The FastSize-Extender uses traction to assist the
human body’s natural ability to change and develop under physical
influence. As a result, enlargement can be noticed in both length and
width (girth) of the penis. The results may very well be the same for the
two methods but the FastSize-Extender is relatively the safer and the more
practical option. |
